Product Overview
Built to Load Through the Shot. The Ekho is Haakan's 375g mid-kick stick, built for players who want a more traditional loading point with versatility across wrist shots, one-timers, slap shots, and shots from distance. Its mid-kick flex profile concentrates loading through the middle portion of the shaft, allowing players to load more of the stick through the shooting motion. An 18K carbon one-piece construction provides a responsive feel, while the LSOne Blade combines a PVC foam core with carbon-fiber filament stitching for a solid, consistent blade structure. The Ekho also introduces Vekta5 Geometry, a five-sided shaft profile designed to create a more contoured interface between the stick and the hands.
375g Balanced Construction
At approximately 375 grams, the Ekho combines a lightweight overall build with the more substantial loading feel of a mid-kick stick. The construction is designed to remain responsive in the hands while supporting the longer loading motion associated with its mid-kick flex profile.
Mid-Kick Flex Profile
The Ekho flexes through the middle portion of the shaft, allowing more of the stick to load through the shooting motion. This flex profile is suited to players who lean into their shots and want versatility across wrist shots, one-timers, slap shots, and shooting opportunities from farther out.
Vekta5 Geometry
Vekta5 uses a five-sided shaft profile rather than a traditional four-sided construction. The additional rear face creates a more contoured shaft shape designed to follow the natural interface between the stick and the hands. The defined geometry provides distinct contact points through the gloves for a secure, connected feel during stickhandling, passing, and shooting.
18K Carbon Construction
An 18K carbon-fiber construction provides a responsive one-piece build with direct feedback between the blade and shaft during shooting, passing, and puck handling.
LSOne Blade
The LSOne Blade uses a PVC foam core reinforced with carbon-fiber filament stitching, creating a solid, consistent blade structure with a balanced and controlled feel. Carbon-fiber filament stitching provides additional tensile reinforcement throughout the blade construction while helping maintain a responsive connection between the blade and shaft.
Haakan Traditional Grip
Haakan Traditional Grip uses a smooth tack finish to provide consistent glove-to-shaft contact with the familiar feel of a traditional grip hockey stick. Combined with Vekta5 Geometry, the grip finish maintains tack while allowing the five-sided shaft profile itself to provide a more defined physical interface through the hands.
